Teaching and learning in an one on one environment is the most efficient and effective way of progressing. I feel and think that this is the most beneficial way of learning the basics of mindful movement and developing a self-practice that can then be developed and shared as the student progresses.
Each individual is completely unique and I look to help each student as specifically as I can to bring about positive change.
I also place an emphasis on body awareness and anatomical
& physiological understanding, working towards embodying meditation & movement as therapy to recover from injuries, illnesses, conditions, to enhance sports performance, and the capacity to use the full range and extraordinary capabilities of
the body, the breath and the mind.

I offer private sessions in the comfort of your own home

75min - R550

90min- R600

45min Kids session - R450
