Zen & Swimming Dragon Retreat

Service Description

A Meditation & Movement Immersion with Dave Gardner, Antony & Margie Osler at Poplar Grove Zendo 17 to 24 May 2025 The retreat will consist of Zen meditation practice with Antony & Margie, Swimming Dragon practice with me, and other group activities like communal service and work on the farm, walks in the koppies and grove, and some other creative practices like writing and music making. Arrival & check in on Saturday 17 May: from 14:00 onwards, latest 17:00 Check out & departure on Saturday 24 May: as early as you need, otherwise 09:00 Accommodation rates range from R3675pp (sharing room) to R4900pp (private room) - bedding & towels provided. We assist in pairing the sharing rooms appropriately. Payment plans & monthly installment options are available. This rate is inclusive of accommodation ONLY (transport fees not included - but we do assist in organizing lifts to and from the retreat). It is a self-catering event, simple wholesome homely plant-based food is encouraged, kitchen is fully equipped (drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, milk, butter, eggs and yogurt are all provided). There are only 7-10 spaces available and it will be based on a first come first serve basis.
